Collagen is a versatile protein so the options for consuming it are endless.
The most common ways are simply adding a scoop to your tea, coffee, fruit juice or other beverage. There are many other ways to take your daily dose as collagen is heat stable and can be added to any of your favourite recipes.
Our Peptides are hydrolysed to be 100% liquid soluble while also being flavourless.
In cold drinks it may take slightly longer to dissolve so once added, just stir until fully dissolved.
When adding to water, 1 scoop should be combined with 500ml of water. Alternatively, you can use a half scoop for smaller glasses.

How much Collagen to take
Suggested use: Each scoop contains 10,000mg pure collagen peptides.
We suggest using between 1 – 2 scoops per day depending on your current goals and level of health or pain.
Some people find that using 2 scoops per day provides faster results during the first month, however, we always recommend starting with one scoop per day for at least the first 2-3 days before increasing.
If your regular diet is lacking in collagen sources, then consuming 2 servings for the first month may help replenish your collagen stores faster.

One theory is that collagen should be taken in the evening when your body is in a calmed state and your digestion is most effective. Some people report feeling a calming state after consuming collagen so it is best to expirement taking it at different times of the day to see when suits you best
